  • LABS: We will use evidence-based, functional laboratory testing to tend to your biochemistry and address hormone, gut, and cardiometabolic imbalances.

    • If you have labs already, upload them into the CHARM EHR portal once you receive your invitation.

    • If you do not have labs, go to Function Health to sign up for comprehensive laboratory testing.

  • Ensure you sign the consent form and fill out your new client paperwork prior to your appointment.

  • More than metabolic medicine:

    • We will engage in heart-centered, wisdom-informed, empathic coaching to empty out old stories, old pain, old wounds that are obstructing your vitality, your freedom, and your power.

    • You will remember who you are at your core. You will strengthen your body, your temple to support you in living a life fully alive.
